Satori Muay Thai, Muay Thai gym, Newcastle CBD

Ranks #2 on Google for muay thai Newcastle.

Measured 25 July to 24 August 2026

The problem · Why it matters

Word of mouth has a ceiling. Google does not.

Your best work already speaks for itself. The trouble is the customer who has never met you, deciding between you and the next bloke right now, on their phone.

They check you before they call

Nobody rings a builder cold any more. They look you up first. No site, or one that looks like 2013, and you have lost the job before you ever knew it existed.

Tidy beats good

The builder who looks more professional online wins work off better builders every single day. It is not fair and it does not care how good your work is.

Referrals leak

Someone recommends you. They go searching, they cannot find you, they ring whoever turns up first. That is your reputation paying someone else's mortgage.

The build · $4,000 · standard build

Here is the whole thing, drawn.

Not a package with tiers and asterisks. One build, dimensioned, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you buy it.

The build, drawn as an elevation A technical drawing of a builder's website. A vertical dimension line on the left is marked $4,000. A horizontal dimension along the bottom is split in half and marked half to start, half when happy. Four numbered callouts mark the gallery, the call to action, the service pages and the quote form. $4,000 1 2 3 4 HALF TO START HALF WHEN HAPPY

Detail schedule

  1. 1 Your work, up front Real photos of real jobs. The thing that actually closes a builder’s customer.
  2. 2 One job per visit Every page points at the same thing: get them to ask you for a price.
  3. 3 Every service, every suburb A page each, so the right local finds the right builder.
  4. 4 The form does the asking Job type, suburb, timeline. You get a lead you can price, not a name.

Half to start. Half when you are happy.

Bigger scope, more pages, migrations and custom work quoted properly after a look.

The case for it · Why a website at all

Everything you do to win work ends up here.

Someone searches your name. Someone scrolls past you on Instagram. Someone gets handed your number at a barbecue. Someone taps an ad. All four end in the same place, on your website, working out whether you are worth ringing.

Word of mouth is the best lead you will ever get, and it is the one you have the least control over. It stops when the talking stops. A website does not stop. It works while you are on site, while you are asleep, and while the bloke down the road is still thinking about ringing someone.

That is why it is the backbone and not the extra. The posting, the ads, the referrals, the signage on the ute, all of it points at one place. If that place is weak, everything pointing at it is wasted.

You would not eat at a restaurant with a smashed window and a mouldy door. You would not even look at the menu.
A cheap template does exactly that to work you are proud of. The work is still good. Nobody gets far enough in to see it.

Pricing · No packages, no asterisks

The build, then what it costs to keep it running.

One build, then only what you actually want after it. Everything past the build is month to month and you are never locked in.

The build

$4,000

Half to start. Half when you are happy.

Bigger scope, more pages, migrations and custom work quoted properly after a look.

Or pay it off

$1,500 to start, then $250 a month for ten months.

Same $4,000, no interest. Hosting is $90 a month on top, same as always.

Hosting and security

$90/month

Starts when the site goes live.

Hosting, SSL, backups and security patching. The site has to live somewhere and stay up, so this one is not optional. Everything after it is.

  • Fast hosting and SSL
  • Backups and security patching
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Small text fixes when you need them

Growth

$750/month

Month to month. No lock-in.

For when the site is up and you want it working harder. Replaces the $90, it does not stack on top.

  • Everything in hosting and security
  • SEO kept sharp over time, not set and forgotten
  • GEO, so AI tools like ChatGPT know who you are
  • New jobs added to the gallery as you finish them
  • Every edit you need, handled, no hourly billing
  • What is working, reported plainly

Growth Partner

Tailored

Quoted after a proper look at the business.

The whole funnel, not just the site. Organic posting, paid ads on Google and Meta, email nurture and retargeting, all run for you. For builders who want winning work on autopilot while they stay on the tools.

  • Everything in Growth
  • Organic posting, written and scheduled for you
  • Paid ads on Google and Meta, run and managed
  • Email nurture so a lead does not go cold
  • Retargeting the people who already looked
  • We work out what it is worth before either of us commits

Buy cheap, buy twice. You already know that with tools. A cheap website goes one of two ways. Either you replace it properly later and you have paid for both, or it sits there quietly losing you more work than you ever saved.

Hosting and security is an ongoing cost, not part of the build. It starts the day the site goes live. Growth replaces it rather than stacking on top of it.

The process · Mostly my job, not yours

You stay on the tools.

Four steps. You see something real before you pay a cent, and the only work on your side is sending photos.

  1. 01 Day 0

    A quick chat

Fifteen minutes. You tell me what the business does and which jobs you want more of. No deck, no pitch, no obligation.

  2. 02 48 hours

I build you a demo, free

Not a mockup, a working site with your name on it that you can click through on your phone. You have not paid me anything at this point and you are not committed to anything.

  3. 03 2 to 3 weeks

You send photos, I build it properly

A handful of good shots off your phone and the basics. That is your whole job. I write the wording, build every page, and you review it and tell me what to change.

  4. 04 Ongoing

It goes live and I keep it running

I host it, keep it secure and patched, and it starts getting found. Hosting and security is $90 a month from the day it goes live.

Questions · Answered straight

Before you get in touch.

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks from the day I have your photos and the basics. You see a free demo before that, usually within 48 hours, so you know what you are getting before you commit to anything.

What do I actually have to do?

Send me a handful of good photos of your work, tell me your services and the areas you cover, and look over the draft. That is the whole job. I write the wording, build it, set it up and host it.

What does it cost?

The standard build is $4,000. Half to start, half when you are happy with it. If a lump sum does not suit, you can pay it off instead: $1,500 to start and $250 a month for ten months. After it goes live, hosting and security is $90 a month. Bigger scope, more pages, migrations and custom work get quoted properly after a look.

Can I pay it off monthly instead?

Yes. $1,500 to start and $250 a month for ten months. That is the same $4,000, not a finance deal with interest on it, and hosting is $90 a month on top the same as it is for anyone else. While it is being paid off the site is licensed to you rather than owned by you, the same way a ute on finance is yours to drive but not yours to sell. When the last payment lands it is yours outright. Your domain is yours the whole time either way.

Can I get a website cheaper somewhere else?

Yes, easily. There are template builders for a few hundred dollars and some are free. Buy cheap, buy twice though. A cheap site either gets replaced properly later, so you have paid for both, or it sits there losing you more work than you ever saved. You are not paying me for a website to exist. You are paying for one that brings in jobs.

Will people actually find it on Google?

The site is built to rank from day one: your services and areas each get their own page, the technical setup is done properly, and the schema tells Google exactly what you do and where. Nobody honest can promise you a position, because Google decides that. What I can promise is that the groundwork is done right, and on the Growth plan I keep working on it every month.

Who owns the website?

You do. Your domain, your content, your site. No lock-in, and if you ever want to take it somewhere else you can.

What if I need something changed later?

On the Growth plan every edit you need is handled, no hourly billing and no waiting. On hosting only, small text fixes are included and anything bigger gets quoted before I start.

Why should I trust you with this?

I laid pipe, worked a coal port and did marketing for a real estate company before this. I know what a quote costs you to write and what a dead lead feels like. And you do not have to trust me up front: I build you a free demo of your own site first, and you decide from there.
